All these zealous stanzas
trying hard to kinda rhyme
No extravaganzas
while they do aspire to chime
Format of quatrain
does steer the verse
shall rarely constrain
when tight & terse
When quatrain floats the trite
it does not need our pity
might instill some delight
when soaring on wings witty
