which fish then do swallow
turn into malign mastic
in fish eaters wallow
No longer mere article
of ‘save the planet’ faith
but each plastic particle
now looks a looming wraith
Impatient convenience
to discard iniquitously
with never mind lenience
repeated ubiquitously
Plastics sluggishly decompose
against massive use juxtapose
