In end climatic
last gasps climactic
Ain’t no mere strophe
about mishaps
but catastrophe
as in: Collapse!
No chance bootstrapped
back in the clover!
Climate kneecapped
it is all over.
Used to just dismiss and flout
but soon we’ll be parched in drought
