although still the must-be-cuddled child
Proud member of the me-first cult
if slightest ‘trigger’ shall get me riled

If with mothers-milk innate
tied with unbreakable rigor
then I can only conflate
with inexhaustible vigor

Can’t really pull myself together
being as victim a bellwether
